Sherry Carter

Sherry D. Carter, 63, passed away Fri. Nov. 8, 2019 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, MS. Visitation will be held on Sat. Nov. 9, 2019 from 5pm-7pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Graveside Services are 4pm on Sun. Nov. 10, 2019 at Brandon Memorial Gardens in Brandon, MS.

Sherry was born in Meridian, MS on July 21, 1956 to the late Medric and Audra Blalock Carter. In 1973 she moved from Meridian to Jackson. In 1989 she moved to North Carolina and then back to Brandon, MS where she was currently a resident and was a member of Meadow Grove Baptist Church. Sherry also attended Mississippi State University in Starkville, MS.

She is survived by her sister, Karon Frazier (Brian); niece, Kayla Frazier; two nephews, Brett Frazier (Allison) and Blake Frazier; two great nieces, Adelyn Frazier and Ava Kate Frazier; two great nephews, Graham Frazier and Hudson Frazier; aunt, Janice Homan (Jack); uncle, Jerome Carter and numerous cousins. Sherry is also preceded in death by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
