Sharon Lynn Wright, 68, passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2023.  Visitation will start at 9am Monday, March 20, 2023, at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS with services following at 10am in the chapel of the funeral home.  Burial will follow in Lakewood Memorial Park in Jackson, MS.

Mrs. Wright was born in Jackson, MS on June 29, 1954, to Teddy Gene Casaver and Helen Warren Casaver.  Sharon was a RN and worked for the G.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center for many years.

Survivors include her children, Tonya Burke and Tracey Kramer (Shawn); sisters, Lind Ross (Paul Ross) and Von Hudson (Daniel); brother, Teddy Gene Casaver; grandchildren, Rebecca Nelson, Aron Nelson, Ryan Nelson, Lorelle Nelson, Joslyn Cole (Shae), Kaedin Kramer, Wyatt Kramer, Halie Price (Tyler), Caitlin Morrow (Zach), Alexis Burke; great grandchildren, Avyanna Brown, Kahliya Brown, Lyra Brown, Zariah Brown; William Nelson, Am’brayah Nelson and Graham Morrow.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William Edward Wright; and her son Jason Nelson and daughter-in-law, Teri Nelson.
