Robert Wayne McBeth, 53, passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2020, at home.  Visitation will begin at 10 AM Monday, November 16, 2020, at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, with a memorial service to follow at 11 AM in the chapel.  Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl, MS.

Mr. McBeth was born January 10, 1967, Jackson, MS.  He graduated Clinton High School later joining the U.S. Marines.  After he was discharged from the Marines, he became a Police Officer.  He had a big and caring heart, which later led him to become a Nurse.  He met the love of his life; Barbara and they were married for 26 years.  They lived in Brookhaven for many years, where he coached his son in every sport, later moving to Brandon. Rob had a love for all sports mainly the Atlanta Braves and Atlanta Falcons.

He was proud he served his country as a Marine and loved all Veterans.  Rob loved watching TV and especially loved watching scary movies with his daughter.  He and his wife would listen to music together all the time.  Rob was a funny person and loved to play practical jokes on everyone.

Rob is survived by his wife, Barbara; children, whom he loved dearly, Ryan McBeth and Sydney McBeth; grand baby, Everlee Jade; sister, Missy Cox (John); mother, Virginia Zeagler; aunt, Sara Franz; sister-in-law, Kathy Hilton (Monty); brother-in-law, Lee Myers (Kelly) and several nieces and nephews.  Rob was preceded in death by his uncle, Robert Lincoln McClendon, who he loved very much; grandmother, Ruby Roberts; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Raymond and Pat Myers; sister-in-law, Suzanne Myers Carmody.
