Patsy Mclain

Patsy Ray Stott McLain, 87, a resident of Jackson, MS, passed away on Sun. May 14, 2023 at Compere’s Nursing Home in Jackson, MS. Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS handled arrangements.

Mrs. McLain was born on Sept. 28, 1935 in Somerville, TN to the late William Ray Stott and Dorris Derrington Stott.

She is survived by her children, Charl McCrorey, Keturah Rice, Laura McLain and William Charles “Bill” McLain; grandchildren, Elizabeth Byrd (Jake), Mary Catharine Hughes (Matthew) and Brynnen McLain McCrorey; great grandchildren, Mason Byrd, Bryson Byrd, Oliver Hughes, Wesley Hughes, William McCrorey and her former son in law, Wesley McCrorey. Mrs. McLain is also preceded in death by her husband, William Charles McLain Sr. and her son in law, Ron Rice.
