John Gardner

John Robert Gardner, 80, passed away on Sun. June 25, 2023 at Select Specialty Hospital in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held on Wed. June 28, 2023 from 11am-1:30pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Graveside Services are 2pm on Wed. June 28, 2023 at Brandon Memorial Gardens in Brandon, MS.

Mr. Gardner was born on Aug. 10, 1942 in Watervalley, MS to the late John Clarence Gardner and Frances Hudson Gardner.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Gardner; children, John David Gardner (Marilyn), Trudy Denise Vinzant (Randy) and Danny Duane Gardner; sisters, Carolyn Cotton, Kay Bishop (Jerry) and Dianne Nelson (Mickey); brother, James Gardner; grandchildren, John Casey Gardner (Kaylee), Wendy Lynn Gardner, Carmen Harper (Charles) and his great grandchildren, Alexis Ward, Michael Ward, Lainee Harper, Wesley Harper, Eliza Gardner and Sadie Gardner.
