Mrs. Emma Ree Harrison, age 88, a resident of Polkville community passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2023 in Morton, MS.

Born on July 4, 1934 in Magee, MS to John and Ida Womack Nichols. Living most of her life in Polkville, hobbies of Mrs. Emma was, Gardening, cross-stitch and baby sitting. She was a member of Polkville United Pentecostal Church, that she loved dearly to go and serve her Lord.

Preceded in death by her parents, John and Ida Nichols and granddaughter, Sarah Rebecca Traxler, husband, James T. Harrison. Survived by, four children, Joyce Traxler, James Bryant, (Gwen), Rebecca Traxler,(Bobby), Nancy Donald, Latitia Presley, (Timothy); two sisters, Mae Robinson and Helen Bishop.

Visitation for Mrs. Emma will be, 9:30am to 10:55am Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at Polkville United Pentecostal Church. The Funeral Service will be at 11:00am at the Church, with Bro. Jeremy Price and Bro. Barron Price Officiating. Serving as pallbearers were, Bo Cook, Josh Traxler, Ashley, Matt Bryant, Lawson Presley, Nichols Traxler; honorary pallbearer, Johnathan Traxler. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery.

Funeral Services are entrusted with Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton, MS.
