Danny Wilcher, age 62, a resident of Carthage, MS passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023 in Jackson, MS.

Hobbies of Danny were, woodworking and loving and arguing with his grandkids, and spending time with them brought him great joy.

Proceeded in death by his daughter Dana Michelle Wilcher, his granddaughter Janielle Osi Farmer, his parents Gene Wilcher and Mildred and Jimmy Warren, his brothers Bobby Glen Wilcher and Walter Ronald Wilcher, and his God-Son Scotty Bishop. He is survived by his wife of 42 years Iva Nell Wilcher, daughter Nikki Wilcher Farmer (Chris) two granddaughters, Jayden Danielle Wilcher and Earlianna Nicole Farmer, his sister Penny Bell (Jimmy) of Forest, and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be, 5:00pm to 8:00pm Sunday, May 7, 2023 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Forest, MS. Funeral Service will be, 11:00am Monday, May 8th at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Forest, MS. With Bro. Reggie Tatum Officiating. Burial will be at Antioch-Steel Cemetery, in Forest, MS Serving as Pallbearers, Ken Withers, Michael Paul McCoy, JR Goolsby, David King, Justin Thompson, Glen Kemp. Honorary Pallbearer, Danny Joe Ogletree.
