Bill Colvin, age 47, a resident of Lake passed away on Friday, June 16, 2023, following an extended illness.  Visitation is from 12 pm-2pm Saturday, June 24, 2023, at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest.  Service at 2pm Saturday following the Visitation at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest.  Graveside services will not be held, the final resting place is in the Homewood Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest.

Bill was born in Lauderdale County on July 23, 1975.  He loved playing video games and watching tv.  Bill was a police dispatcher for many years and loved helping people.  He will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.

He is preceded in death by his father, Dan Orin Colvin, and grandparents, Lynn and Lucille Colvin and Bill and Ida Mae Hannah.

He is survived by his mother, Donna Jean Hannah Colvin of Lake; sister, Michele Rogers (David) of Livingston, LA; niece, Selena Lopez of Livingston, LA; nephew, Ethan Rogers; stepchildren, Audrey and Nathan and a host of friends.
