Mrs. Velma V. Havard, age 56, a resident of Sebastopol passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2025 at her home.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Carole Simpson Jolly.
She is survived by her father, James Jolly; 5 children, Ashley Turnage (Mark May), James Stewart (Dallas), Allen Havard (Jennifer), Derrick Havard and Jacob Jolly; siblings, James Jolly, Denise Ingram (Mack); half brothers, Scotty Jolly and Stephen Jolly and a host of friends.
Velma enjoyed going bargain shopping and loved her family. She will be greatly missed.
