Timothy Montgomery, age 26, a resident of Forest passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2023 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.  Visitation will be held 5-9pm Sunday, February 19, 2023 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest and Monday 9am-10:45am at the funeral home in Forest.  Chapel services will be held 11am Monday, February 20, 2023 in the Ott & Lee Chapel in Forest with burial in Springhill Cemetery.  Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest.

Timothy was born in Hinds County on May 5, 1996.  He was a very hard-working man and always made sure his wife and kids were taken care of.  Timothy had a very kind heart and helping others was one thing he made sure he always did.  He enjoyed helping his father-in-law cut grass at the cemetery and church, he loved to hunt, fish and go camping.  Family was his focus, spending time with his kids, wife, grandmother and Uncle Daniel.  He will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Kent Montgomery and Teresa Gail Craven Bradford; grandfather, Otis Craven.

He is survived by his loving wife, Virginia “Gina” Montgomery of Forest; children, Austin, Nathan, Brooke and Brickley Montgomery; brothers, Matthew Polk of Brandon and Christopher Polk of LA; best friends of family, Travis & Julie Christian; step father, Stevie Bradford of LA; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mark & Diane Sistrunk; uncles, Daniel & Johnny Ray Craven; sisters-in-law, Kayla Sistrunk (Jimmy Jones) & Tricia Sanders (Andrew); best friend, Matthew Christian; grandmother, Margaret Sue Craven; a host of friends; and many co-worker friends at PCA.

Pallbearers will be Matt Christian, Daniel Craven, Eric Batte, Jimmy Jones, Andrew Sanders and Justin Kyzar.
