Theodore C. Euper, Jr.

Theodore C. Euper, age 86, and a resident of Marrero, LA died Monday, March 6, 2023, following a brief illness.

Graveside services will be held at 2:30pm Saturday, March 11, 2023, at the High Hill Methodist Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the Visitation from 12pm till 2pm Saturday, March 11, 2023, at the OTT & LEE Funeral Home in Forest.  Bro. Doyle Boyles will officiate at the graveside service.

Mr. Euper was born on January 4, 1937, in Algiers, LA to his parents, Edna Reith Euper and Theodore Euper, Sr.  He was a Baptist.  Mr. Euper had worked as a test co-ordinator at the Avondale Shipyard until his retirement. Mr. Euper resided in Forest, MS following his retirement for many years before relocating to Marrero, LA. He also served his country in the United States Air Force.  He enjoyed being with family and friends.  He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and sisters, Joan Euper Courteau, Jan Euper, and Nira Euper Leitzke.

Survivors include his children, Theodore C. “Teddy” Euper, III of Marrero, LA, Steven Euper (Tammy) of Ocen Springs, MS Danielle Ledbetter of Forest, MS and Rachel Gaspard of Duson, LA.  He also leaves a legacy of eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers are, Teddy C. Euper, III Henry Sarrio, Teddy Euper, IV  Steve Euper, Zachary Toye, and Mickey Glancey.
