Terry Phillip Perkins, 62, passed away Monday, May 29th, 2023 at Baptist Hospital in Jackson, Ms. Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS handled arrangements.
Terry was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Perkins (Berry); his son, Jonathan Perkins, and his parents, Glen and Pat Perkins of Pearl, Ms.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
