Shanna Mccollum

Shanna Lynn McCollum, age 34, a resident of Pearl, MS passed away Sunday, November 27, 2022, at home surrounded by her family. A memorial service will be held 10 am Thursday, December 1, 2022, at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Visitation will be held prior to the service at 9 am Thursday at the funeral home.

Miss McCollum was born March 16, 1988, in Jackson, MS to David Jennings and Donna Louise Jackson McCollum. She will be remembered by her family as a loving mother and caregiver. She loved to cook and lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Miss McCollum loved her family very much and spending time with them brought great joy to her life. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her.

Miss McCollum was preceded in death by her grandmother, Martha Bryan Gray.

Miss McCollum is survived by her children, Shaden Kaleb McCollum, and Shania Faith McCollum; mother, Donna Louise Jackson McCollum; father, David Jennings (Vicki); siblings, Savannah Ingram (Chaz), Shyanna Davis (Samuel), Shayonna McCollum, Justin McCollum, Jonathan Thornton (Chelsea) and Vincent Walton (Jakeera); loving aunt, Bobbie Dickens (Greg); many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
