Services For Mrs. Sarah Hitt will be conducted Wed. September 1,2010
at the Goodhope Baptist Church
with visitation being held Tuesday August 31, 2010 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Forest wtih burial in Goodhope Church Cemetery. Rev. Harold Laird and Dr. Leon Everett will be officiating the services.
Mrs. Hitt had been a resident of Newton for the past five years, and previously lived in the Forest area, and member of Goodhope Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents Johnny Lee Hitt and Ludie Gibbs Hitt.
Mrs. Hitt is survived by her son, David Hitt (Patricia) of Lake, two sisters, Ophelia Gibbs (Austin), Katie McCann (L.D.) one brother Jimmy Hitt (Louise) all of Lake.
Pallbearers are Alton Gibbs, Tim Gibbs. Ronald Gibbs, Wayne Stewart,
Lee Watkins, Dakota Roncali, and Honorary Pallbearers are Ricky Gibbs, Justin Stroud and Larry Gibbs.
Ott & Lee Funeral Home of Forest is in charge of the arrangements.
