SERVICES: 2 PM SATURDAY AT OTT AND LEE FUNERAL HOME IN BRANDON
VISIT: 12 NOON SATURDAY UNTIL SERVICE TIME
Roger G. Scharmer, 75, lost his battle with cancer on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at G. V. Sonny Montgomery VA Hospital in Jackson, MS. Visitation is 12 noon until 2 pm Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 2 pm Saturday from the Chapel of Ott & Lee Funeral Home.
Mr. Scharmer served four years with the U. S. Air Force and was a Korean War Veteran. He was a longtime member of the Lions Club of Brandon, MS.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Peggy Scharmer; son, Terry Scharmer (Angie) of Richmond, VA; daughters, Connie Williams (Donnie) and Beth Patterson (Steve) both of Brandon, MS; his brother, Brian Scharmer of Longview, WA; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 407 Orchard Park, Building 1, Suite C, Ridgeland, MS 39157
