Services will be conducted at 10am Tuesday December 14, 2010 from the Ott & Lee Chapel in Forest with Interment to follow at Leaf River Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 5pm to 8 pm Monday December 13, 2010 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest.
