Robert Boone Cooper

Robert B. (Bobby) Cooper, age 64, passed away peacefully in Brandon, MS on October 15, 2025.

Bobby was born August 22, 1961, in Memphis Tennessee to Billy W. Cooper, Sr and Ann Cingtran Cooper.

He spent his career as a law enforcement officer at UMMC in Jackson, MS, Brandon, MS and Greenville, MS before retiring to Brandon, MS. “His happiest days were those spent in the woods or on the water, doing what he loved most – hunting and fishing. He was a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan who cheered them on faithfully, win or lose."

Bobby is preceded in death by his parents and brother David W. Cooper. He is survived by his daughter, Mandy Ulricksen and her husband Joey: grandchildren Lucas Ulricksen and Hannah Ulricksen; brother Billy Cooper and his wife Margaret.

The family would like to thank the staff at Brandon Nursing and Rehab for their care and support. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS handled arrangements.
