Robert was born in Louisiana on December 25, 1965, to Bobby George Blackley, Sr. and Georgia Faye Terry Blackley. He worked for many years in Florida as a orange tree farmer and caretaker.
Survivors include his daughter, Mary (Eric) Baggett; sister, Lucy Parkman; grandchildren, Christopher Baggett, Tori Baggett, Ashton Baggett, Eric Baggett, Jr., and Fayelee Baggett. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Becky Blackley; and brother, Bobby Blackley, Jr.
