Ricky Thomas

Ricky Lyn Thomas, 65, passed away on Fri. Feb. 25, 2022 at the St. Dominic Memorial Hospital in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held on Thurs. Mar. 3, 2022 from 12pm-1:45pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 2pm on Thurs. Mar. 3, 2022 at the Ott  Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS with burial to follow in the Crestview Memorial Gardens in Brandon, MS.

Mr. Thomas was born in Wichita Falls, TX on Mar. 27, 1956 and was currently a resident of Florence, MS. He loved to work and was employed in the trucking industry for most of his life. Mr. Thomas enjoyed helping others in any way that he could. Most of all he loved spending time with his friends and family, especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his son, Lee Thomas (Tiffany); brother, Jeff Thomas (Jamie); 2 sisters, Happi Thomas and Jennie Payne; 3 grandchildren, Selena Thomas, Cameron Thomas and Brelyn Thomas; father, Jan Thomas (Jean); mother, Mary Capps (Robert Boothe) and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Thomas was preceded in death by his son, J.W. Thomas and a brother, Kenny Thomas.
