Ricky Anthony Richardson

Ricky Anthony Richardson, 65, of Pearl, Mississippi, passed away on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. He was born July 2, 1958, in Jackson, Mississippi to Jake and Ann Sullivan Richardson.

Ricky enjoyed learning, and he earned his Bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University. He also acquired many other certifications and continued education from other institutions. He worked as an industrial electrician for Armstrong World Industries, but he could be described as a jack of all trades.

He was a hard worker and spent his free time hunting, fishing, and cooking. He was a master storyteller and loved joking around. Ricky loved his children and grandchildren, but he loved nothing more than his beloved wife, Dianne.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jake and Ann Richardson.

Ricky is survived by his wife of 34 years, Dianne Richardson; daughter, Stephanie Strawder; three grandsons, Andrew, Austin and Aiden; a great grandson, Beckham; and his siblings, Bill and Frieda. His family will miss him tremendously.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
