Paula French

Paula French, 71, passed away Thurs. Aug. 6, 2026 at the Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held on Mon. Aug. 10, 2026 from 10am-12pm at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral services are 12pm on Mon. Aug. 10, 2026 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services are 3pm on Mon. Aug. 10, 2026 at Lucern Congregational Methodist Cemetery in Union, MS.

Paula was born on June 4, 1955 to the late Robert Haskel French and Minnie Wilkes French. She retired from UMMC Hospital in 2013 after working in the ER, as a flight nurse and a nurse medic. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her dogs, family and friends.

Paula is survived by her three nephews, Kevin French, Robert Killen (Jennifer) and Paul Killen (Kim); two nieces, Kristi French and Cassandra Gibbs (Tim); her brother in law, Clifton Killen and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends. She is also preceded in death by her brother, Davis French (Lou Ellen) and her sister, Mildred Ann Killen.
