Patra Faye Lewis Easterling

Pelahatchie, MS

Mrs. Patra Easterling, age 57, a resident of Pelahatchie passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2024 at her home surrounded by her loving family.   Visitation will be held 12pm-2pm Thursday, March 21, 2024 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton.  Chapel service will be held at 2pm Thursday from the Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton.  There will be NO graveside service but burial will be in Parkway Baptist Cemetery in Morton.  Bro. Billy Ray Parker will officiate the services.  Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton.

Patra was born in Hinds County on September 8, 1966.  She loved listening to all kinds of music, fishing and going out to eat.  Patra enjoyed the summertime and going swimming.  She always enjoyed a good cold Coca-Cola and being with her family and spoiling her grandbaby was top on her list.  She will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ronald Grady Lewis and Elizabeth Vinzant Lewis Parker.

She is survived by her loving husband, who was faithful to take care of her during her sickness, Phil Easterling of Pelahatchie; daughter, Jessica Easterling of Pelahatchie; siblings, Rhonda Scarberry of Brandon, Wendy Lewis of Pelahatchie, Misty Lewis of Forest and Ronald Grady Lewis, Jr. of Hinds County; granddaughter, Skylar Easterling; mother-in-law, Norma Brewer of Pelahatchie; brothers-in-law, Rocky Easterling, Mitch Easterling (Brenda), Naomi Easterling; best friends, Debbie Rigsby, Denet Goodman and Renea Walker; nieces and nephews, Beth Lewis, Whitney Ragan, Dessi Buckner, Brandon McCool and Juston Scarberry; and a host of friends.

Pallbearers will be Justin Scarberry, Mitch Easterling, Rocky Easterling, Donald Wilmoth, Pat Lewis, Jr., Brandon McCool and Curt Goodman.
