Mitchell Overby

Mitchell James Overby was born on Sunday, July 19, 2020  at 12:58pm to loving parents Brylan and Paige Overby at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS.

Mitchell’s family was blessed to be able to love and nurture him before he went to his heavenly home at 3:10pm on July 20, 2020. Mitchell is deeply loved by his mom and dad; big brother Hudson Reese Overby; grandparents Stephen and Angela Fryery, and Scott and Shelly Overby; great grandparents Pete and Pam Waltman, Nancy and Alan Peacock, Tammy Watkins, Sammy and Brenda Traxler, and Jim and Cleta Overby; great-great-grandfather Crockett Watkins; his aunts and uncles and an adoring extended family.

Mitchell was preceded in death by his great-grandfathers, Ronald Fryery and Don Mitchell Watkins; and cousin Michael Cash Medders.

A private, graveside service will be held on Friday, July 24, 2020 for the family at Rock Bluff Baptist Church cemetery at 9:00am.

Mitchell will always remain his parents’ precious baby boy and Hudson’s baby brother, and they rejoice in knowing they will hold him again in heaven one day. They are comforted in knowing he is with his grandfathers and in the arms of our Heavenly Father.
