Michael Miller

Michael Spencer Miller, age 75, a resident of Brandon, MS passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at his home. A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Friday, February 11, 2022, at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS with visitation beginning at 1pm Friday at the funeral home.

Mr. Miller was born December 9, 1946, in Houston, MS to Earnest M. “Shorty” Miller and Ruthie Earlene Reed Miller. He was married to Ann Dodd Miller. He attended Holmes Community College and Mississippi State University. Mr. Miller worked in banking many years before retiring. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing.

Mr. Miller was preceded in death by his son, Michael Dodd Miller, and his parents, Earnest M. “Shorty” Miller, and Ruthie Earlene Reed Miller.

Mr. Miller is survived by his wife of 45 years, Ann Dodd Miller; brother, Roger Dale Miller; nieces, Christie Allday Parker (Keith), Leighann Grass (Andy) and Kim Allday Hemphill (Chris).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mustard Seed in Flowood, MS.
