Mary Anne Havard. Age 55, a resident of Forest, died Thursday, September 8, 2022.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

She was born in Newton County, MS on November 16, 1966, to her parents Lemmie White, Sr., and Mattie Inez Stevens Thrasher.  She had worked for Leach Brothers Trucking Company.  In her spare time, she loved reading novels, making jewelry and loved to color.  She also loved to watch butterflies in her yard and garden.  Mary also had a love for angels.  She enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.  Mary will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents,   brothers, Robert Andrew White, Steve White, and her husband Carl Bangum.

She is survived by her “special friend” and companion Lee Crimm of Forest,  3 children; Amanda Kennedy (DeWayne) of Puckett, Chris Thrasher (Katy) of Mantachie, and Lee Anna Crimm of Forest.  She is also survived by her siblings; Linda F. Thornton (Charlie) of Brandon, Lance WhiteMelissa Thrasher of Lake, Lemmie White, Jr. (Rene) of Sebastopol, and Timothy White (Tammy) of Forest.  Mary Anne also leaves behind a legacy of 8 grandchildren:  Zackery Kennedy, Jewel Thrasher, Cameron Kennedy, Leslee Thrasher, Hannah Kennedy, Haley Chisolm, Channing Crimm, and Callie Crimm
