Martha Matthews

Mrs. Martha M. Matthews, age 86, and a resident of Forest passed away, Friday, July 20, 2018 at her home after a short illness.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Monday, July 23, 2018 from the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Joe Pate officiating. Interment will follow in the Ephesus Cemetery under the direction of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest.

Mrs. Matthews was a retired bookkeeper and an active member of Forest Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Edwin Matthews; her parents: Calvin Alec and Bessie Patrick Moore; three brothers: Mack Moore, Dorsey Moore and Dwight Moore; and one sister: Patricia Moore.

She survived by one son: Brad Matthews and one daughter: Pam Matthews; and one brother: Mike Moore.
