Martha Jean Graber

Martha Jean Graber, age 98, graduated to her Heavenly home and joined the Cloud of Witnesses on Friday October 11, 2024. She was born February 17, 1926 in Liberal, Kansas to Charles and Anna Mary Carson. She is survived by four children: Ronald Graber, Hutchinson, KS; Marilyn Gunther, Enon, OH; Barbara (Michael) Dechant, Pearl, MS; Michael (Lisa) Graber, Tumwater, WA; five grandchildren: Sean (Dani) Gunther, Enon, OH; Ami (Vince) Ward, Puyallup, WA; Michelle (Terry) Singleton, Utica, MS; Kirk (Adele) Dechant, Byram, MS; Tyler (TJ) (Grace) Graber, Franklin, TN; six great-grandchildren: Alexis Dechant, Ashley Dechant, LeeAnna Singleton, Rachel Singleton, Laura Singleton and Stephen Kirk (Kirky) Dechant, one great-great-grandchild: Graham Rick Sunderman; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

 Martha was preceded in death by her father, Charles Carson, her mother, Anna Mary Carson Brice-Nash and her twin sister, Margaret Fortner.

 Martha retired from Walmart in 2016 at age 90 with 20 years of service. She attended Brandon Assembly of God Church in Brandon, MS until 2020.

 A memorial service and burial of ashes will be held at a later time in Hutchinson, KS.
