Mack Wiltcher

Mack Henry Wiltcher was born on Friday, July 14, 1944 and passed away Sunday, March 14, 2021 at the age of 76.

The Rankin county native made accomplishments in his education by furthering his studies past the high school levels to collegiate levels and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian ministries. He served his country in the United States Army and was honorably discharged on medical leave. A Christian by the testimony of his faith, Mr. Wiltcher, was faithful to His Lord, and a witness in sharing the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ with others. He was a former employee of Sara Lee, Inc., and will be remembered for his love he had for his family and friends, in particular, his grandchildren.

Mr. Wiltcher is preceded in death by his parents: George Wiltcher and Molly Shoemaker; sisters: Rena Runnels, Gwen Renfroe, and Ruby Quick; brothers: William Wiltcher and George Wiltcher, Jr.

He is survived by his children: Janice McGrew of Lake; Mack (Morgan) Wiltcher of Walls;  Matthew Wiltcher of Mt. Olive and Christy Bell of Forest; grandchildren: Matthew J. Wiltcher, Robert Wiltcher, Mary Juarez, Shelby McGrew, James McGrew, Austin Wiltcher, Alex Wiltcher, Aiden Wiltcher, Charlie Daugherty, Bradley Smith, Cain Smith, Khloe Wiltcher, Riley Bell, Wyatt Bell, Amelia Parker; great-grandchildren: Brittany Juarez, Ericka Juarez, Aubrey Juarez, Ace Wiltcher, Dakota Wiltcher, and Anna Wiltcher; sisters: Martha (Willie) Webb of Lena; Jean (Cotton) Marter of Grenada, Dean (Bill) Downy of Vicksburg; Aileen Tagert of Morton, and Jan Ingle of Brandon.

Services will be officiated by William Savell and pallbearers will be Matthew Wiltcher, Robert Wiltcher, Marcos Juarez, James McGrew, Willie Webb and Bill Downy.

Ott & Lee Funeral Home, 295 East First St., Forest, served the Wiltcher family.
