Kevin Pierce

Kevin Graham Pierce, 65, a resident of Brandon, MS, passed away on Tues. Jan. 31, 2023 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held on Sat. Feb. 11, 2023 from 3pm-5pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS.

Mr. Pierce was born on March 29, 1957 to the late Earl Thomas Pierce and Dorothy Graham Pierce. He grew up in Pearl, MS and graduated from Pearl High School in 1975. Mr. Pierce worked in the alarm company industry for 20 years before becoming a long haul truck driver for 10 years. He was an avid hunter and loved traveling and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Nancy Pierce; 2 daughters, Angie Stewart (Chad) and Casey Pierce Kane (Ray); 5 grandchildren, Brandon Stewart, Kristi Stewart, Braxton Kane, Cash Black and Brody Black; sister, Brenda Herren; sister-in-law, Teresa Pierce; 1 niece, Rachel Edwards and 4 nephews, Michael Edwards (Kendrah), Chris Provost, Robbie Provost and Stephen Herren. Mr. Pierce is also preceded in death by his sister, Lisa Williamson; brother, Thomas Earl Pierce and 4 nephews, Timothy “Guy” Tharp, Patrick “Pat” Tharp, Anthony Tharp and Craig Provost.
