Kenneth Petty

Kenneth W. Petty, 67, passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2019.  Services will be 12:00 pm Friday, August 16, 2019 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon with interment at Crestview Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 10 am-12 pm Friday at the funeral home.

Kenny was born in Sondheimer, LA on September 27, 1951 to Marvin Eugene Petty and Ellie Mae Pepper Petty.   He was a hard-working man and would do anything to help others out in a time of need.  Kenny was loved by all and will be missed.

Survivors include his wife, Rhonda Petty; children, Christine (Joe) Grogan of Pelahatchie, Kenneth L. “Bubba” Petty of Brandon and Justin Petty (Abby Cooper-Petty) of Brandon; grandchildren, Brayden “Kade” Petty, Gracie Grogan, Carlye Grogan, Joseph Grogan, Jr., Tristen Petty and Ashlynn Petty; brothers, Narlon Petty, Marlon Petty and Narvin Petty.  He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Omie Wall, Jeannie Petty, Johnny Petty, Marvin Petty and Snooky Petty.
