Katherne Sasnett

Mrs. J. Katherne age 73 a resident of Brandon, MS passed away on Wednesday December 16, 2020 in Jackson, MS

Visitation will be 10:00 am to 11:45 am Monday December 21, 2020 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton, MS, followed by a 12:00 noon Graveside Service at Morton Memorial Gardens.

Officiating the service will be Bro. John Goodhue.

Serving as pallbearers are Jonathan Gatewood, Eric Gatewood, Chris Gatewood, Sherman Usea, Dustin Floyd.

Mrs. Katherne was a Christian by faith and a member of the United Pentecostal Church in Pearl, MS, she loved her family and spending time with them brought her great joy, her past time was watching TV. Mrs. Katherne will be missed by all that love and knew her.

Preceded Mrs. Katherne in death were her parents, Scott speed and Helen Spangler Speed; son, Steven L. Gatewood; brothers, Scott and Dewayne Speed; husband, Joe Sasnett.

Mrs. Katherne is survived by her daughter, Tammy Usea, husband, Sherman; her sons, Robert Gatewood, wife JoAnn, Jimmy Gatewood, wife, Tonya, Keven Sasnett, wife Rebecca; two brothers, Thurman Speed, wife Margaret, Earnest Speed; one sister, Sue Reailey, husband, Butch; fifteen  grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral Services are entrusted with Ott and Lee Funeral in Morton, MS.
