Juanita "Pete" Phillipson

Mrs. Juanita "Pete" Phillipson, age 75, passed away on May 3, 2022, at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland MS. Pete as everyone knew her was born July 27, 1946 to Clyde and Betty Ruth Bates Phillipson in Morton MS. Hobbies was playing bingo going out to eat with friends and family. After completing her education, Pete went to work with MDOT in Jackson MS and worked there for forty plus years, before retiring.

Preceded in death by, her parents, Clyde, and Betty Ruth Phillipson; three brothers, Ronnie G. Phillipson, Clyde, (Butch) Phillipson, Terry Phillipson; nieces, Mandy McDade, Glinda Phillipson, Teresa Rogers; nephew Billy D. Phillipson.

Pete is survived by, one sister, Cathy Valves: two brothers, H. C. Phillipson, Billy Phillipson, (Betty), and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral Services were, 2:00 pm, Thursday, May 5, 2022, at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton MS, Bro Paul Smith officiated, interment was at Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery.
