John Claude Millings, age 26, a resident of Pelahatchie passed away on June 15, 2014. There was a Memorial Service at 3pm on Sunday, June 22, 2014 at Thornhill Baptist Church. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton.
John Claude was born April 25, 1988 in Hinds County. He had a big heart and cared for others. He will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Elaine McMillan; grandfather, L.T. Millings; aunt, Janice Smith and uncle, Teddy Smith.
He is survived by his parents, Wanda and Dewey Haven of Pelahatchie; brother, Matthew Millings(Jessica) of Leesburg; step brother, Dewey Haven II (Christy) of Bay Springs; grandmother, Faye Millings; 2 nephews, Colton & Dylon Millings and a host of friends that loved him very much.
