He is preceded in death by his parents, Bobby Wynn O'Berry and Grace Esther Albritton O'Berry; grandchild, Lillian Jimenez.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa O'Berry of Morton; children, Christina Grace Jimenez of LA, Dorothy Diane O'Berry of AL and John Ruben O'Berry of Morton; step children, Stacey Graham (John) of AL, Kenneth E. Hunter of AL and Sylvia Dias (Paul) of AL; sister, Barbara Byerley of AL; brothers, Bert O'Berry of (Kelly) of AL and James O'Berry of OK; grandchildren, Isabella & Rickey Jimenez, Anna Jo & Adam Wyatt Godwin, James Nathan & Desaray Gracelyn O'Berry; and a host of friends.
