Joan Carol Gordon

Joan Carol Gordon, 77, passed away on Tues. Aug. 26, 2025 at Castlewood Place in Brandon, MS. A graveside service will be held at 10am on Fri. Aug. 29, 2025 at Hollandale Cemetery located at 768-770 Old Deer Creek Dr. Hollandale, MS 38748. Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS is handling arrangements.

Mrs. Gordon was born in Hollandale, MS on Oct. 28, 1947 to the late Clyde Thomas and Johnnie Mae Williams Thomas. She was a loving mother and a loving “Mamaw” to her grandchildren.

She is survived by her two children, Larry Christopher Gordon (Michelle) and Sherry Carol Gordon; brother, Larry Thomas (Janice); sister in law, Dorothy Thomas; four grandchildren and one great grandchild. Mrs. Gordon is also preceded in death by her husband, Larry Curtis Gordon and ten siblings.
