Jeffrey King Mayo

Jeffery King Mayo, long-time resident of the Pineville Community in Smith County, died March 3, 2025, from complications of Parkinson's Disease.

Jeff was born to Dr. Bob Henry Mayo and Dale King Mayo on January 14, 1950. After the death of his mother, Dale, a new mother came into his life when his father later married Mary Lee Robertson.

Jeff is survived by his wife, Karen Lewis Mayo. Other survivors include brother-in-law Dr. Bill Lewis, sister-in-law Cindy Bingham Lewis, sister Oleta Mayo Thomas, brother-in-law David Thomas, sister-in-law Donna Mayo, and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Bob Henry Mayo, Jr., and a nephew, Michael Mayo.
