Survived by daughter, Angel Franklin; sister, Delilah Crabtree; and friend Dorothy Storey.
Visitation for Mr. J.C. will be 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Tuesday December 8, 2020 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton, with a Graveside Service to follow at Spring hill Cemetery in Neshoba County.
