Janice Goodson

Mrs. Janice Gail Goodson, age 67, and a longtime resident of Smith County, passed away on Friday, July 30, 2021 surrounded by her family at her home at Pulaski.

Mrs. Goodson was a retired bus driver who will be remembered for her love for fishing, attending rodeos, and camping. She had a strong work ethic, a feistiness about her, and was loved by all. She was a Baptist by faith and attended All Season’s Worship Center in Forest.

She is preceded in death by her husbands: Ricky Goodson and Billy Earl Goodson; one infant son: Baby Boy Goodson; her parents: Oscar A. “Dock” Bradford; and Mae Bell Gibbs Bradford and her siblings: Richard Bradford, Mitzi Mason, Terry Bradford and Oscar Bradford.

Survivors include three children: Michael Allen Goodson, Regie Dale Goodson and David Earl Goodson; ten grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; two sisters: Serethia Waters and Deborah Scarberry; one brother: Roger Bradford; several nieces and nephews also survive.
