Infant Levi James Dennis entered into the loving arms of our Heavenly Father on Saturday, April 21, 2018.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest.
Private graveside services will be in the presence of immediate family members at Ridge Baptist Cemetery under the direction of Ott &Lee Funeral Home in Forest.
Infant Levi is preceded in death by his grandfather Bob Holmes. He is survived by his parents: Timothy and Crystal Anderson Dennis; his brother: Gabriel Dennis; his maternal grandparents: Darrell and Yvonne Anderson and Evelyn Holmes, all of Forest; his paternal grandparents: Tommy and Jean Dennis of Lake;his paternal great-grandmother: Maggie Jane Dennis of Forest; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
