Mr. Henry O. O'Cain a resident of Carthage, MS passed away Sunday May 6, 2018, at his home surrounded by his family.

Graveside services will be Thursday May 10, 2018 at 11:00 am at Forest Grove Presbyterian Church Cemetery  in Carthage MS.

Visitation for Mr. O'Cain will be on Wednesday May 9, 2018, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton, MS.

Preceded in death was his wife Laura Lee O'Cain in December 2017.

Survivors include three children; Brian Christopher O'Cain of Carthage, MS, Jennifer Feraci, husband Tim of Canton, MS and Rachel O'Cain of New Orleans, LA, three grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
