Helen Ruffin

Mrs. Helen Ann Ruffin, age 63, a resident of Union MS, passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2022, in Jackson, MS. She was born, on September 25, 1958, to Ollie and Sarah Morehead Jenkins in Greenwood MS.

Helen was a kindhearted, loving person, family and friends meant the world to her, laughter was very important to her, even with the trials that she endured in life. Helen was loved by so many and will be greatly missed by all that knew her. Helen enjoyed driving her big rig as team with her late husband Roger. Reading and going to the Mountains were some more of her favorite  past times.

Preceded Helen in death, were her parents, Ollie, and Sarah Jenkins; both kids, son, Steven B. Cutrer; daughter, Jessica Cutrer McCoy; brother, Robert Jenkins, and her husband, Roger Ruffin. She is survived by two sisters, Judy Cutrer Acy, husband, (Walter), Kimberly Platt, brother, Bubba Jenkins, wife, (Beth), and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be 10:00am to 12:00pm Monday, September 12, 2022, at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton, MS, followed with a 1:00pm Graveside Service at Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery.
