Hayden was born in San Diego, CA to Hayden Earl Jones, Sr. and Gloria S. Palaganas Jones on August 4, 1998. Hayden graduated from Brandon High School where he was on the football team and voted best dressed eventually leading to his LULULEMON addiction. Hayden found his calling and joined the Navy in October of 2016, he’s a true Son of a Son of a Sailor, and loved being a Sailor himself.
Hayden enjoyed playing video games, building computers, and watching YouTube videos deemed an I-pad kid. Hayden was very competitive and a natural at all sports, recently took up playing golf and a huge Oklahoma Sooners fan. He was quiet man but if you got him talking, he wouldn’t stop talking about elk hunting in Colorado with his best friend Kyle Scoby or his job. He enjoyed cooking, specializing in steaks and ribs for friends and family. Hayden was also a huge Star Wars fan and a proud owner of his very own Light Saber.
He embraced his inner old man by smoking a pipe, drinking Cups coffee and bedtime was 9 o-clock. A glass of fine whiskey, a cold Guinness from the can only and gardening (well…. only zucchini or rosemary), were also some of his indulgences. When he really wanted to treat him self only one thing would do, snickers bars and sunflower seeds, yes at the same time.
Hayden was a loving man with a huge heart and a smile that would light up the world, he loved his family, his girlfriend Rylee Brown, dogs Mando and Guinness. Of course, in his own words “Let’s Go Brandon.”
Survivors include his girlfriend, Rylee Brown; parents, Hayden Earl Jones, Sr. and Gloria S. Palaganas Jones; brother, Dynasty Palaganas; sister, Haylee Jones; grandmothers, Mary H. Jones and Rosita Palaganas.
