Hagie D. Mitchell

Hagie D (Mitch) Mitchell, 93, formerly of Lead Hill, AR, died Sunday, March 3, 2024, in Kingwood, TX.  Visitation is 6:00-8:00pm Friday, March 8th at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon as well as the services at 3:00 pm with visitation 1:30 – 2:45 Saturday, March 9^th, graveside services will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl, MS. 

 Mr. Mitchell was a member of the Church of Christ and a Korean War Veteran where he learned the trade of building roads and bridges that lasted a lifetime.  He was a sharp, wise, witty man who loved God and helping others. A beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather who will be missed by all who knew and loved him. A Hero in many eyes.  He was preceded in death by his Parents, 9 siblings, wife, Mary Turner Mitchell, and his son, Ronald D. Mitchell.

  Survivors include brother, Wayne Mitchell and wife Beth of Conway AR; son, Dennis Mitchell and wife, Gail of Brandon MS; daughter, Lisa Marucci and husband Peter of Houston, TX; daughter-in-law, Charlene Brawner of Lead Hill, AR; grandchildren, Craig, Corey, Delani, Brandon, Krissa, Michael, Hannah and Christopher; and great-grandchildren, Abigail, Erica, David and Aspen Drew.
