Gerald Sumrall, 72, passed away Thursday, October 04, 2012 at his home. Visitation is 5pm until 8pm on Friday, October 5, at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon. Services are 1pm Saturday in the chapel of the funeral home with a 3:30pm graveside in Liberty Baptist Cemetery in Stringer, MS.
Survivors include his wife, Ellen Edwards Sumrall; son, Billy Sumrall; grandchildren, Owen May, Sarah May and Emma Grace May; step daughter, Ellen Weeks; sisters, JoAnn Alburn and Faye Johnson; sister-in-law, Dianne Sumrall and several nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to give a special thanks to Camellia Hospice for the care and compassion given to Gerald and the family.
