Gail Lynn Bullock

Gail Lynn Bullock, born on February 28, 1971, in Jackson, MS, passed away on August 2, 2024, in Brandon, MS. She was a dedicated nurse who previously worked in Oncology at the Baptist Hospital and later at Mississippi State Hospital. Gail continued her nursing career at the University of Mississippi Medical Center until her health declined after being diagnosed with cancer earlier this year.

Gail attended school at Magnolia Academy and Central Hinds Academy where she graduated as Salutatorian. She furthered her studies at Hinds Community College and Pearl River Community College before earning her Bachelor of Nursing degree from Mississippi College in 1996.

She is survived by her loving husband, Roger Dale Bullock; daughter, Kaitlyn Dale Bullock; son, Matthew Ryan (Debra) Bullock; and grandchildren Mason, Anna Mae Kathleen, Claudia, Margaret Sue, and Ragan. Gail was preceded in death by her parents Blackburn Scott and Beasie Lamar Scott.

Services to honor and remember Gail will be held on Monday, August 5, 2024, at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. A visitation will take place from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a Funeral Service at 1:00 PM. The final farewell will be at Crestview Memorial Gardens with a Graveside Service starting at 2:00 PM.

Gail Lynn Bullock will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in peace.
