VISITATION WILL BE ON Wednesday, DECEMBER 11, 2013 FROM 3 P.M. UNTIL 9 P.M. AT THE OTT AND LEE FUNERAL HOME IN FOREST. FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE CONDUCTED AT 2 P.M. ON THURSDAY, 12-12-2013 FROM THE CHAPEL OF OTT & LEE FUNERAL HOME IN FOREST.BURIAL WILL FOLLOW IN THE LAKE CEMETERY.
