Edward Lee Pinter

Mr. Edward Lee Pinter, age 56, a resident of Brandon, formally of Byram, passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2024. Born on March 9, 1968, to Keith and Jenette Tagert Pinter, in Kentucky. Edward was a Christian by Faith and was a member of Morton Pentecostal Church. Edward proudly served his country in the United States Navy from 1988 to 1992, at the time of his departure, he was a Sonar SQQ-28(V) operator. Edward was an avid golfer, he loved sports of any kind. He enjoyed playing pool and was known as a pool shark; He and his brothers would play pool, and enjoyed many laughs and memories, Edward loved his family, and he will be missed by all that knew him.

Edward is preceded in Death by his father, Keith Edward Pinter, his previous wife, Teresa D. Pinter. Survived by his wife Jan Davis Pinter, mother, Jenette Harrison; children, Leah Lane, (Taylor), Jake White, (Kealey), sister, Marsha Graham, (Stewart), brothers, Jerry Pinter, (Susan) and Gary Pinter, (Ruth), and one granddaughter, Macie Lane. 

Visitation will be 12:00pm to 1:50pm with the Funeral at 2:00pm Saturday, August 24, 2024, at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton, MS. Bro. Jerry Hamilton, Bro Jeremy Price, and Bro. Barron Price will be officiating the Services. Serving as Pallbearers; Stewart Graham, Donnie Sasser, Joe Beegle, Billy Joe Tagert, Taylor Lane, and Bryan Tagert; Honorary Pallbearers; Jimmy Stringer, Dan Murray, and Joey Tagert. Interment will be at Leesburg Church of Christ in Morton MS.
