Dustin Powell

Dustin Marshall Powell, 43, a resident of Brandon, MS. passed away on Thurs. March 23, 2023. Visitation will be held on Sat. April 1, 2023 from 12pm-2pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Sat. April 1, 2023 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS.

Dustin was born on Oct. 28, 1979 in Jackson, MS and he liked to live life fast and enjoyed building and racing cars. Dustin enjoyed sports including the Kansas City Chief and the Atlanta Braves. He also collected sports cards.

He is survived by his wife, Brittany Hadley; father, Jerry Powell (Velma); 5 children, Courtney Powell, Cameron Powell, Cole Hadley, Alexander Powell and Emilia Powell; sister, Samantha Powell, brother, Kelly Powell; nieces, Evie Hilderbrand, and MacKenzie Powell. Dustin is preceded in death by his mother, Vicki Jan Hodges and a sister, Dawn Hilderbrand.
