Dorothy Lee Craft Coker, 87, passed away Friday, November 10, 2023, at Bedford Care Center of Mendenhall, MS.  Visitation will be 5-8pm Monday, November 13, 2023, at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS.  Burial will be in Pilot Point Community Cemetery in Pilot Point, TX. 

Dot was born in Simpson County, MS to the late Burley Franklin Craft and Lillie Parish Craft.  She retired from Texas Instrument after 26 years of service as an Engineer Technician. Dot was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many.

Survivors include her son, Joey Lynn Hammond and his wife Sandy Hammond of McKinney, TX; two brothers, Ricky Craft and his wife Terry Craft, and Mark Craft; sister, Rosie Creel; five grandchildren, Shane Hammond, Summer Hammond, Jeremy Hammond, Chasidy Hammond, and Britni Hammond; six great grandchildren, Presley Judah, Jaxen Judah, Alexis Smith, Macy Hammond, McKenzie Hammond, and Hayden Hammond.  Dot was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joe Coker; two sons, Michael David Hammond and Jerry Dale Hammond; grandson, Joshua Hammond; siblings, Jean Craft, Douglas Craft, Grayson Craft, Grace Craft, and Robert Craft.
