Donna Lyn Sanderford

Donna Lyn Sanderford, born October 1, 1948 entered the next phase of her eternal journey October 14, 2024 and is now face-to-face with her Lord.

Lyn was predeceased by her father and mother, Otis and Evelyn Boockholdt; her husband, Paul Sanderford; her son, Jeffrey Kyle, stepsons Sandy Sanderford and Ricky Sanderford. 

Lyn is survived by her grandson, Kyle Sanderford (Allison) and great granddaughter, Kacey Lynn Sanderford. 

She graduated from Forest Hill High School and subsequently attained Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Nursing. She had a stellar career attaining Director of Nursing at Woman’s Hospital in Flowood and retired as Executive Nurse at UMMC. Lyn was recognized as a culinarian, lived big while lovingly serving others and will be greatly missed by many.
